Getting started is as easy as one, two, three. If you live anywhere in Colorado, we can help you since the laws of long term care Medicaid are the same throughout the state.
We can come to you, or you can come to us. We do have a trip charge if we come to you, but we can also work by phone and e-mail if you live outside the Denver metro area.
Call 303.717.6082 or e-mail us at [email protected] for a phone consultation. If you e-mail us, leave you phone number so we can call you.
If you agree to retain our services, we will schedule a face-to-face appointment.
Step 1: Phone Consultation (303-717-6082)
In this consultation, we’ll learn about you, your family and the family member applying for long term care Medicaid. We’ll also gather information regarding the applicant’s ability to perform activities of daily living to help determine functional eligibility as well as finances (income and resources) to help determine financial eligibility and whether we’d be a good resource for you. By the conclusion of this call, you’ll learn valuable information about applying for Medicaid, and why your decision to choose Helping Hands Consulting, LLC is a sound one.
Step 2: Meeting and verification acquisition
If your situation allows, we’ll meet with you face to face to review your family’s situation in greater detail. In this meeting, we’ll inform and educate you around long term care Medicaid eligibility, strategize on the best way to apply, and ensure we have an accurate list of all the necessary verification for submission. This is also an opportunity for us to answer all of your questions and address all of your concerns about the application process.
Step 3: Our Eligibility Consultants will take it from here
We’ll ensure the completion and delivery of the application and all of its required documentation and verification, represent you in all meetings, and make all follow up phone calls until the correct eligibility determination has been made.
