Over 35 Years of Combined Long Term Care Medicaid Experience

Long term care Medicaid is what we do, it’s all we do, and our staff has a combined 35 +years of experience in long term care Medicaid eligibility.

In addition, we train once – sometimes twice a week so that we know and understand the rules and regulations.  Cold.  Having been in business for seven years means a lot too.  It means we’ve helped a lot of people get approved for long term care Medicaid, and we’ve been through a lot of scenarios.  There’s not much that surprises us at this point.

Five Years in Business with an “A+” Rating from the Better Business Bureau

You can also count on us to be there.  This is a difficult business to be in, and there are a lot of similar businesses to ours that pop up and disappear once they realize it.  But we’ve been here for over five years and have an “A+” rating with The Better Business Bureau in addition to an excellent reputation in the long term care provider community.  We’re not going anywhere.  In fact, we have such a strong reputation that many long term care facilities won’t take you with Medicaid pending status unless we’re helping with the application process.

Why is that?  Because they know, based on our long history of success, that if you or your loved one are eligible, we’ll get the correct approval for long term care Medicaid.

Look, when you or someone you love needs long term care, there are many other things you have to worry about, and the last thing you want to worry about is whether or not there is a correct approval for long term care Medicaid.  We provide you peace of mind that at least this major part of the process is being handled the right way.

Our Guarantee That We’ll Fight For You

We can’t guarantee an approval for everyone we work with – there are some pieces of the process that are out of our control.  But what we do guarantee is that the pieces in our control are spot on.  And that, if you come to us for our help, we will fight with everything we have and every tool in our bag to get you the correct approval for long term care Medicaid.  Our track record speaks for itself with a nearly 100% success rate for the 2,000+ people we’ve helped since 2010.  For such a difficult program to get approved, our percentage is unprecedented.

And that’s because we don’t just fill out an application and send it into the county – anyone can do that.  We get the right information from you, send the right information, and then back our work up by taking on Medicaid for you.  We monitor your long term care Medicaid paperwork while it’s being processed, and if something goes wrong during processing which happens more often than not, we’ll work directly with Medicaid to get it straightened out.  If we can’t do it that way, we’ll appeal your case for you and even go to a hearing on your behalf in front of an administrative law judge if we need to.

In short, we do everything we can, and most of the time more than we need to do, in order to get you or a loved one approved for long term care Medicaid.

Up Front, Fair Fees

You not only want people who are experienced on your side who have a history of success, but you also want to know you’re paying a fair fee.  We are up front with our fees.  And, we charge one, flat fee for the entire service. So whether it takes us two weeks or two months, the fee never changes. When you call us and tell us the situation you or your loved one is in, we will tell you on the phone what our fee is and you can decide whether to retain us.  Other companies will not be up front with you – they’ll stonewall you on the phone and tell you they need to see you and hear more about your situation in order to determine what the fees are.  Or, they’ll try to sell you financial products and tell you they’ll do your application for free.  Worse yet, they’ll tell you one fee when it’s really a la carte adding hundreds if not thousands of dollars to your bill.

We won’t waste your time or money – ever.  Don’t spend a minute longer with companies that try to do that to you.

Applications

Help with long term care Medicaid applications

This is by far our most popular service, and makes up approximately 98% of our business.  We help you through the entire long term care Medicaid application process, from beginning through the county’s determination/approval.

We sit down with you, learn about your situation, answer any questions you may have, prepare you for the application process, provide you a list of documents to collect, and then we fill out the application for you, making sure the documentation proving your loved one’s eligibility is included.  In addition, we make sure you’re eligible before we turn in the application, addressing any red flags before it gets turned into the county.

Once it’s with the county, we keep tabs on the application to make sure everything’s moving along as it should.  We handle any questions that come from the County or requests for additional information, and make sure your approval is for the right program and for the right Medicaid effective date (the date Medicaid starts paying for services).

If any of this is wrong, we address it directly with the county, but we will appeal your case for you if necessary, and even to go a hearing in front of an administrative law judge on your behalf if we have to.  All of this for one flat fee.  Get started >>

Redeterminations

Help with Long Term Care Medicaid Redeterminations

After you’re approved for long term care Medicaid, you’ll have a yearly redetermination.  That means you will be re-assed every year you have long term care Medicaid, both functionally and financially.  The county will send a list of items to you that you need to provide within a certain timeframe to maintain your eligibility.  Failure to do so results in a discontinuance of long term care Medicaid.  This is a huge deal, and not to be taken lightly.  If your long term care is discontinued for a long enough period of time, you will need to re-apply and will lose the ability to bill Medicaid.  That can be a costly mistake.

Many people get through the redetermination process on their own just fine, and don’t need our help.  However, some folks forget they have a redetermination, others have a difficult time interpreting the letters they get from the county, and still others had complicated applications which makes their redeterminations complicated as well.  And some people just want peace of mind that their redeterminations are done right, and on time.  This service is for them.  Get started >>

  • Assist individuals with yearly redetermination paperwork, manage follow up, attend all meetings, and ensure delivery of documents
  • Appeals, and support individual at appeal hearing if one is required
